I just want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Brooklyn at the front desk of East Hills Family Braces. I arrived at the clinic just two minutes before closing, desperately needing immediate assistance with my aligners. Most people would have understandably turned me away however she greeted me with such a lovely and calm voice assisting me immediately.

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and I can confidently say that the experience was overwhelmingly positive. If you're considering clear aligners as an alternative to traditional braces. The environment was very quick and efficient, while not compromising the service.

Our daughter has been receiving treatment here for years. She started with a spacer and worked her way up to braces. Most of the process is smooth and there's excellent support and documentation thought the journey. We've also had a consistent orthodontist as the NE location that is courteous, concise, and approachable (Dr Safeer Jiwa). The rest of the team is also friendly and approachable.
My only challenge is it can be some back and forth with finance and we were accidently overcharged initially. They did take appropriate action to rectify.

I’ve had a really positive experience with this Family Braces. The staff are always friendly, professional, and make me feel comfortable at every visit. My orthodontist takes the time to explain what’s going on and answer my questions, which makes me feel confident about my treatment. The office runs smoothly, appointments are on time, and the results so far have been great. I had a great experience with family braces. The staff are so nice and very accommodating. I would say that my expectations were met. Family braces is highly recommended.
My daughter has been going to Family Braces in Shawnessy for a number of years. We chose this company as they specialize in braces. Initially my daughter had an expander and then we had to wait for her adult teeth to grow in before getting braces, which she got recently. Any interaction we have had on the phone or in person has been professional, helpful, and friendly. We have had different assistants help us each time (which some may not like) and there is also the option to go to any location for your appointments.
I can’t comment cost wise since I didn’t shop around, but there are different payment options and all appointments are included in the one treatment cost.
I would recommend Family Braces to anyone and will be using them for my other child when the time comes.

Friendly staff & efficient appointments! Have had all concerns and questions answered; very reassuring staff!
My experience with family braces was great! When I told them that I arrived for my appointment, I sat in the waiting which was very clean and nice. They also had free juices to grab while waiting. The wait time was not long at all. All the staff are very friendly and professional. The lady that installed my bite corrector was very sweet and friendly. She was easy to talk to. She explained to me all the precautions to take to ensure my dental journey is successful. Overall great experience!
We got several quotes for braces, and ended up going with Family Braces. They were very professional and the appointment for installation went without any issues. Very happy with them and highly recommended!
